Our staff offer programs designed for people of all ages and abilities. It might be a low impact weights class for older adults; or an excercise class for people with limited mobility, or maybe a personal training session. The YMCA has something to offer everyone.
We have community health and fitness centres on the north and south side of Canberra offering a range of structured classes for all ages and abilities and open gym times.
We also offer a variety of PrYme Mover fitness programs for older adults at other locations throughout Canberra.
